Summary:

We are looking for a talented and motivated student to join our team as the Administrative Manager. This role will be responsible for the overall administration of the company's office operations. The Administrative Manager also plays a key role in supporting the company's executives and other employees by providing administrative assistance, coordinating projects, and managing calendars.

Responsibilities:

  • Tracking expenses and making recommendations for cost savings.

  • Provide administrative assistance to the company's executives and other employees, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and preparing presentations.

  • Coordinate projects and events, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

  • Stay up-to-date on administrative trends and best practices.

  • Represent the company at professional events and conferences.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
