Welcome to Cricket Empowerment Company (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website (the "Site") and purchasing our services and products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please review these Terms carefully before using our Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms:

1.1 By accessing and using our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1.2 This agreement sets out the terms and conditions that will govern the relationship between us, Cricket Empowerment Company (CEC) and you, the Parent/Guardian. It is a legally binding agreement. These conditions are important to maintain standards and to ensure that all members gain the maximum benefit from their involvement in CEC Camp/Private Coaching & Training.

2. Use of Site:

You may use our Site for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may not use our Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Products and Services:
​
3.1 We offer a variety of products and services related to cricket, including equipment, apparel, coaching, and events. All products and services are subject to availability and may also have its own additional rules of which you will be notified. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. Yourself, your cricketer and any guests are required to observe these rules in full.

3.2 CEC Service Rules -

Bullying, harassment, abuse or other inappropriate behaviour by you, your child or guests is strictly forbidden and will result in expulsion and such other legal remedies as may be available.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you, save in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence shall be limited to the total amount you have paid for your membership.

You and your child must treat all members, children, staff and teachers with respect and consideration. CEC does not tolerate rude, offensive or aggressive remarks and behaviour in any way. You must make yourself and your child aware of the health and safety rules of the venue and comply with the recommendations at all times.

Smoking and the bringing or consumption of alcohol and the use or being under the influence of illegal substances are not permitted anywhere on our site.

If you have a complaint or concern that cannot be resolved via the Programme Manager please contact us privately and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

4. Ordering and Payment:

4.1 When you place an order for our products or services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is up-to-date and accurate. We accept various payment methods, and all transactions are processed in GBP (British Pounds).

4.2 Full payment is due before starting at CEC Camps. A non-refundable deposit will be required when booking.
​
4.3 Order obligations and restrictions - Bullying, harassment, abuse or other inappropriate behaviour by you, your child or guests is strictly forbidden and will result in expulsion and such other legal remedies as may be available.
4.3.1 To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you, save in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence shall be limited to the total amount you have paid for your membership.

4.3.2 You and your child must treat all members, children, staff and teachers with respect and consideration. CEC does not tolerate rude, offensive or aggressive remarks and behaviour in any way. You must make yourself and your child aware of the health and safety rules of the venue and comply with the recommendations at all times.

4.3.3 Smoking and the bringing or consumption of alcohol and the use or being under the influence of illegal substances are not permitted anywhere on our site.

4.3.4 If you have a complaint or concern that cannot be resolved via the Programme Manager please contact us privately and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

5. Shipping and Delivery:
​
We will make every effort to fulfil orders in a timely manner. Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused during shipping.

6. Returns/Refunds & Cancellations:
​
6.1 Our returns and refunds policy is outlined on our Returns and Refunds page. Please review this policy before making a purchase.

6.2 We may terminate your child’s place and discontinue the child’s entitlement to attend CEC Camp in the event of serious or repeated breach of the terms and conditions.
​
6.3 Coaching Session - When you book your session, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. Therefore, you will need to inform us about a cancellation at least 48 hours before the session is meant to commence, to receive a 50% credit note that will roll over onto the next booking.
6.3.1 No refund will be provided for cancellations made after the 48-hour period, prior to the session commencing. Be respectful to our other members, you must contact us about any cancellations, as our private coaching is in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that session slot.
6.3.2 If you need to cancel your session prior to 48-hours of your slot time, please email us with elborated details at info@cricketempowermentcompany.com.
6.3.3 If your cancellation is within 48-hours of the confirmed session time, please email AND call us on +44 7933 886 213 and leave a detailed voicemail, if required.
6.3.4 Your Booking is valid for 30 Days. If you do not complete the Booking Form with all of the relevant information, we cannot proceed with your booking.

7. Intellectual Property:
​
7.1 All content on our Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Cricket Empowerment Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 If Film and Photography are used at CEC Camp's, by signing up your child to CEC Camp you are agreeing to this.
​
8. Limitation of Liability:
​
8.1 To the extent permitted by law, Cricket Empowerment Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Site or the products and services offered.

8.2 To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you, save in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence shall be limited to the total amount you have paid for your membership.

9. Indemnification:
​
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cricket Empowerment Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our Site or any violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law:
​
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

11. Changes to Terms:

11.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of our Site after any modifications to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

11.2 This agreement may be terminated if either party is in serious breach of its obligations to the other.

CEC Camp (Additional User Agreement)
This agreement sets out the terms and conditions that will govern the relationship between us, Cricket Empowerment Company (CEC) and you, the Parent/Guardian. It is a legally binding agreement. These conditions are important to maintain standards and to ensure that all members gain the maximum benefit from their involvement in our CEC Camp.

The management may, at any time, ask your child to leave a class if he/she is jeopardising the safety or enjoyment of others or their educational experience.

Each Club may also have its own additional rules of which you will be notified. Yourself, your child and any guests are required to observe these rules in full.

We may terminate your child’s place and discontinue the child’s entitlement to attend CEC Camp in the event of serious or repeated breach of the terms and conditions.

Full payment is due prior to starting at CEC Camp's. A non-refundable deposit will be required when booking.

This agreement may be terminated if either party is in serious breach of its obligations to the other.

We ask that you complete the GDPR form prior to your child starting class.

If Film and Photography are used at CEC Camp's, by signing up your child to CEC Camp you are agreeing to this.
