Cricket Assistant Coach

Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic cricket lover to join our team as a voluntary/student work experience cricket assistant coach. The ideal candidate will have an strong understanding of the game and be able to work with players of all ages and abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the head coach with coaching sessions

• Plan and deliver drills and exercises

• Provide feedback to players

• Help to create a positive and supportive environment

 

Qualifications:

• Passion for cricket

• Experience playing or coaching cricket

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Information:

• You will be working with cricketers from the ages of 5-18.

• The level of experience that the assistant coach is expected to have.

• The availability that the assistant coach is expected to have.

• Must have a current Disclosure and Barring Service.

 

Based on the number of assistant coaching hours performed, your English Cricket Board Qualification for Level I will be sponsored by Cricket Empowerment Company.
